By downloading, installing, or using Sudoku - Brain Puzzles ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

📋 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

✅ You may:

  • Download and install the App on your personal devices
  • Use the App for personal entertainment
  • Share your achievements on social media

🚫 You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the App
  • Use the App for commercial purposes
  • Attempt to bypass any security features
  • Use cheats, exploits, or automation software

💎 In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

💎 Premium Features

The App offers optional premium features through in-app purchases and subscriptions.

📱 Subscription Terms

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings

💰 Refunds

  • All purchases are processed by Apple
  • Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly
  • We cannot process refunds ourselves

👤 User Conduct

When using the App, you agree to:

  • Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not engage in any activity that could harm other users
  • Not attempt to manipulate leaderboards or achievements
  • Respect other players and maintain fair play

©️ Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sudoku - Brain Puzzles and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • All game designs, graphics, and code are our property
  • The Sudoku - Brain Puzzles name and logo are trademarks
  • You may not use our intellectual property without permission

🏆 Game Center and Leaderboards

If you use Game Center features:

  • Your Game Center display name may be visible to other players
  • Leaderboard scores are public
  • We reserve the right to remove fraudulent scores
  • Game Center is subject to Apple's terms and conditions

⚠️ Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

  • We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • We are not responsible for any data loss
  • Game progress may be lost due to device issues or App updates

🛡️ Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sudoku - Brain Puzzles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use or inability to use the App
  • Any errors or omissions in the App
  • Any unauthorized access to your data
  • Any interruption or cessation of the App

🔚 Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time
  • Remove any content or features without notice
  • Discontinue the App entirely

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

📝 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

  • Posting the new Terms on this page
  • Updating the "Last Updated" date
  • Notifying you through the App if changes are significant

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
